DAYS OF OUR LIVES CONTINUE IN AUSTRALIA

After a short holiday break in Brunei Darussalam, we came back in early December 2014 and in the days ahead we would spend  in general cleaning and tidying up in the kitchen area, outside the house and the gardens together with the lawns.....  we would spend our time shopping,  going to the City by train, and  as usual at the Airport Lookout Point munching ice creams, hot jam doughnut, chips, potato cake and halal hotdogs...

Gardening, weeding and trimming are also our routine past times....   our fruits trees, healthy vegetables and beautiful flowers are the sources of our relaxation and happiness in the cool mornings and afternoons....

Fishing nowadays is the top of our agenda whenever we come to Melbourne.....  we would spend several days enjoying the art of fishing....   this time we bought crab pots to catch sand crabs which are very tasty....   however, it was a peak season and the rent of caravan site was double and fully booked....

It has been a hectic and wonderful week for Akustiman having 3 Japanese girlfriends staying with us.... we did enjoy their company and had a nice dinner with them together with Akustiman's girlfriend from Malaysia....

We also managed to attend the Hume Multicultural Event, held in the Roxburgh Park Homestead compound....   it was great to see the colourful gathering of people living in this area....

We have a new innovative idea as how to screen our front garden and to protect it from garbage materials blown in from the top of the hill ......   so we erected a simple fence and at the same time we trained our existing pine trees to spread their branches along the fence....   it looks cool and fancy....
