DAYS OF OUR LIVES CONTINUE IN FRANCE AND SWITZERLAND

In the later part of December 2012 and in the early part of January 2013,  we spent most of out time with our first lovely and lively grandson, Ayden at his residence in Prevessin-Moens of France... on the first day of our arrival, we went straight to the Hospital where baby Ayden was delivered after 18 hours of his mum's agony....   from Brunei Darussalam, we brought for Ayden's family some fresh fruits, food items and gifts for the baby....  during Christmas, we had a very nice lunch with Dr Adam's parents, Frederic and Therese, and his brother, Adreine, together with a Bruneian friend, Eddie Shahrol....    we routinely visited the Saturday Ferney-Voltaire Market, where we had our take-away BBQ chicken and lamb together with a yummy churrus and fresh oysters....  at one stage,  Datin, Adam and I were down with very bad diarrhoea for several days....   without the aid of GPS, we drove to the Geneva Airport to change my old 1973 Canadian currency notes for Swiss franc, and later went to the Balexert Shopping Centre in Geneva of Switzerland..... my birthday dinner was take away biryani dishes from the Rajpoute Restaurant....  we also went to Carrefour in Segny of France, Coop in Geneva,  Manor in the City of Geneva, and Migros in Thoiry of France....   we had also a very wonderful lunch with Akustina's friends, Marlina, husband Mael, son Maldini and baby Mathys.....   we were blessed at last with a heavy snow fall with beautiful snow scences everywhere.....  we left baby Ayden with heavy hearts as he slept soundly in our arms early in the freezing morning....
