THOSE WERE THE DAYS WHEN WE HAVE TO RELAX AND ENJOY OUR PAST TIMES

Gardening is a form of exercise which trains our mind and soul to be more creative and friendly to nature, makes our lives to be more interesting and active in our daily routines, exercises our muscles to be stronger in fighting human ailments, reduces the usage of heavy toxins in our food intakes and, last but not the least, decreases the holes in our pockets by not frequenting groceries and supermarkets..... so that we can enjoy further holidays.
